胡瓜一顆、蝦米、蒜頭、蔥<br />

鹽、胡椒粉、雞粉、水少許<br />

</font></strong><br />
一、胡瓜削皮,洗淨切條狀。蔥切段,蒜頭切片。<br />

二、起油鍋,倒一湯匙油燒熱,爆香蒜頭、蔥,加入蝦米炒香,再倒入胡瓜、調味料,翻炒幾下加少許的水燜煮至熟透,即可盛盤。<br />
