冬瓜一塊、排骨半斤、枸杞少許、水<br />

<strong><font color="#9acd32">作法:</font></strong><br />

一、排骨先氚燙把血水去除撈起備用。冬瓜去皮、去籽,洗淨不切。<br />

二、湯鍋放一千兩百毫升的水、放入冬瓜整塊,排骨放中間,加調味料,用電鍋煮,外鍋放一杯半水,煮到電鍋跳起,打開電鍋蓋加些枸杞再滾一分鐘即可<br />
