<strong><font color="#800080">材料:</font></strong><br />

鱸魚一條、樹子一瓶、鳳梨數片、蒜頭、蔥、紅辣椒一支<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#800080">調味料: </font></strong><br />
<br />
樹子汁一大匙、鹽、雞粉少許<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#800080">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、魚清理乾淨去血水,用滾水氚燙撈起,擺入盤中。<br />
<br />
二、調味料、蒜頭、蔥、辣椒切末,鳳梨切片,放於魚肉上面,用保鮮膜包好,放入鍋內蒸十至十五分鐘取出即可。<br />
