食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
去骨雞腿 1隻 蔥 3支 辣椒(大的不辣) 3支 香菜 1小把 <br />

醬料<br />
素蠔油 2匙 檸檬汁 3大匙 糖 少許 辣椒醬 適量 香油 適量 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
滾水鍋中加少許鹽把雞腿煮熟、放涼切或剝成喜愛的、條(塊)狀 <br />
2 <br />
蔥對切後斜切、辣椒去籽切成絲、香菜切小段 <br />
3 <br />
取一盆將醬料調勻將雞腿、蔥、辣椒放入拌勻 <br />
4 <br />
最後放香菜拌好放入冰箱1~2小時比較入味 <br />
