用料: <br />
河蝦 蔥 <br />
姜 蒸魚豉油(或料酒) <br />
生抽醬油 食用油 <br />
糖 鹽 <br />

1.蔥姜蒜切末; 味汁:碗里放入蒸魚豉油(或料酒),生抽醬油,白糖,鹽,用少量冷開水調開。<br />
2.鍋內多加些油,燒至五分熟時,將蝦控去水分倒入,翻炒炸酥。大約一兩分鍾。<br />
3.控油撈出蝦放入盆中,頂部放上蔥末,姜末,蒜泥,淋上一勺熱油<br />
4.最后將調好的味汁倒入即可<br />

小貼士<br />
味汁可以按自己的喜好調整,愛甜的多加點糖,愛酸的還可以加點醋,愛辣的自己放點辣椒,不愛油膩的少放點油。總之油爆完之后除了醬油外什麽都不加也可以。
