食材 ( 8 人份 ) <br />
蝦 12尾 蒜泥 適量 豆腐 1盒 蔥 3支 薑 適量 醬油膏 1.5大匙 烏醋 適量 香油 適量 味醂 1匙 米酒 少許<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
豆腐切片,切蔥花,蝦子去鬚,去腸泥將蝦切半,尾巴不要斷 <br />
2 <br />
把豆腐片排在盤子裡上面放蝦子 <br />
3 <br />
拿一個碗 把 蒜泥 醬油膏 米酒 味醂 薑末 攪拌好 淋在排好蝦子盤子裡 <br />
4 <br />
起一鍋滾水 把蝦子放下去蒸 大概4~5分鐘 放上蔥花 <br />
5 <br />
起油鍋 把香油煮到滾 淋在蝦子上面即可 <br />
