腰果蝦仁(攝影:林仕傑/大紀元)<br />

<strong><font color="#a0522d">材料:</font></strong><br />

鮮蝦仁十兩、腰果適量、紅椒、青椒各一顆、蒜白一支、太白粉、水少許、蛋一個<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#a0522d">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
蠔油一小匙、鹽、冰糖<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#a0522d">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、蝦仁去泥腸,洗淨濾乾,加太白粉、鹽、蛋汁,醃十分鐘備用。<br />
<br />
二、青紅椒去籽、洗淨切片氚燙撈起備用。<br />
<br />
三、鍋內倒油一大杯,油燒熟。蝦仁倒入過油撈起,把油倒出留些油爆香蒜白,放進青椒、紅椒、調味料,翻炒數下。蝦仁倒入炒至入味,起鍋前放腰果拌炒一下即可盛盤。
