米苔目冰是沁涼的夏日點心(圖:林秀霞/大紀元)<br />

米苔目冰:<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#a0522d">材料: </font></strong><br />
<br />
米苔目600克、紅豆300克、紅砂糖150克、冰塊適量。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#a0522d">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1.將紅豆洗淨,用400CC的水浸泡5小時後放入電鍋,內鍋加入600CC的水,外鍋加入400CC的水,按下開關,至跳起後再加入150CC的水至外鍋,再按下開關煮至開關跳起即可。<br />
<br />
2.將紅砂糖與水煮成糖水,放涼後加米苔目、紅豆、冰塊拌勻後即可,在夏天,吃起來真叫人心涼脾透開。<br />

米苔目湯:<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#0000ff">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
米苔目600克、絲瓜1小條、香菇3朵,肉絲、芹菜末及油蔥酥均適量。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#0000ff">做法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、絲瓜去皮切條狀,香菇泡軟切絲備用。<br />
<br />
2、熱油鍋先放香菇炒香,再放肉絲、絲瓜略炒片刻後,加水煮到絲瓜變軟,放米苔目、芹菜末、油蔥酥即完成,吃米苔目有飽足感,所以米苔目湯是可當成飯來吃的湯品。<br />
