銀耳蓮子湯能消暑滋補身子(圖:林秀霞/大紀元)<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#0000ff">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
銀耳40克、蓮子1/3杯、去子的紅棗12顆、冰糖適量、水1600CC。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#0000ff">做法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、紅棗洗淨備用。<br />
<br />
2、蓮子先泡水4小時備用(若能買到當季鮮蓮子可免泡水,風味更佳)。<br />
<br />
3、銀耳洗淨用冷水泡開後撕小片,與蓮子加些水放進果汁機打碎(也可不打碎)後,加水以大火煮開後轉小火熬煮30分鐘,再加紅棗以小火續煮30分鐘後,加冰糖煮一下溶解即成,可趁熱喝,亦可待涼放入冰箱冰鎮過再喝,故本湯品冷熱飲皆宜。
