材料:銀魚 適量 <br />
白菜 一小顆 <br />
蔥 少許 <br />
紅蔥頭 少許 <br />
蠔油兩 大湯匙(一般湯匙) <br />
太白粉 兩小茶匙<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
(1)先將白菜洗淨切成三小段,然後蔥一樣洗淨切適量大小(約吃火鍋時放的那種大小),銀魚洗淨放米酒醃3分鐘。 <br />
(2)將平底鍋預熱後放入白菜下去煮(先放梗煮一下後最後再放葉子)快好放蔥和蠔油水(太白粉+蠔油+水)和銀魚給它再煮一下<br />
(3)最後要起鍋時放入紅蔥頭即可起鍋
