拌蘆筍<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
蘆筍350克、枸杞適量、木耳1片、蛋白半顆。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
蠔油2/3大匙、高湯或水半碗、香油適量。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">做法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、枸杞洗淨、木耳切絲、蛋白打勻備用。<br />
<br />
2、將水煮滾,加入少許鹽和蘆筍燙熟撈起後,浸泡冷開水,再對半切成段擺盤。<br />
<br />
3、蠔油、高湯及木耳絲煮滾後,將蛋白慢慢加入煮開,再加枸杞、香油拌勻,淋在蘆筍上即完成。<br />

蘆筍卷<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00ff00">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
蘆筍350克、海苔2大張、全蛋2顆。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00ff00">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
蠔油1小匙、柴魚醬油1小匙、糖1/2小匙。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00ff00">做法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、蠔油、柴魚醬油、糖煮滾成調味醬後放涼備用。<br />
<br />
2、兩顆全蛋打勻,用平底鍋煎成蛋皮,一大張海苔剪成二小張備用。<br />
<br />
3、取一小張海苔鋪平,再取一片蛋皮鋪在海苔上面後,取4-5段蘆筍疊在蛋皮上再捲成長筒狀,在海苔邊緣沾醋水固定,在長筒中間處切成兩卷後擺盤,即可沾醬食用。
