第一種吃法「芹菜炒舊餅」:<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00ff00">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
隔夜的蔥油餅1.5個、西洋芹菜莖2枝、培根2片、香菇2朵、蔥3 支、黑木耳及紅蘿蔔適量(也可改用冰箱現成的蔬菜)。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00ff00">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、香菇泡發後切絲。<br />
<br />
2、蔥油餅切條。<br />
<br />
3、西芹莖、培根、蔥、木耳及紅蘿蔔洗淨後切絲。<br />
<br />
4、熱油鍋,先放香菇爆香,再放蔥白,黑木耳、培根及紅蘿蔔炒熟,再放蔥油餅、鹽巴(重口味者可改用醬油或沙茶醬)拌勻即成,可使隔夜吃剩的蔥油餅(或其他烙餅),再度成為美味佳餚,同時清理了冰箱的零星蔬菜。<br />

<br />
西洋芹菜莖2枝、蘋果半顆、鳳梨2片約(150克)、檸檬適量(可依個人喜好改用其他水果)、冷開水150CC。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#800080">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
西芹莖及蘋果洗淨後切小塊,鳳梨及檸檬洗淨去皮後切小塊,放入果汁機內加水打勻即成,在炎熱的盛夏中,很適合久坐的上班族常常飲用,不僅可消暑健腦,而且可養生保健。<br />
