<font color="#ff0000"><strong>材料:</strong></font><br />
<br />
半乾的洛神花300克、水2500cc、冰糖適量。<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#ff0000">做法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
1、冰糖與少許的水煮溶解成糖漿備用。<br />
<br />
2、洛神花洗淨與水煮開後續煮5分鐘,撈起洛神花瀝乾備用,將糖漿加入洛神花茶水續煮滾即完成,鮮紅的「洛神花茶」可趁熱喝,也可冰鎮再喝,在這秋老虎的天氣裏冷熱飲皆宜。<br />
<br />
3、將瀝乾的洛神花與糖漿拌勻即成「洛神花蜜餞」,甜脆又爽口。
