檸檬雞柳盒&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
【材  料】 <br />
<br />
原味蛋餅皮&nbsp;&nbsp;2片 <br />
雞胸肉&nbsp;&nbsp;100公克 <br />
美生菜&nbsp;&nbsp;2片 <br />
起司條&nbsp;&nbsp;20公克 <br />
【調 味 料】 <br />
<br />
檸檬汁&nbsp;&nbsp;1茶匙 <br />
醬油&nbsp;&nbsp;1/2茶匙 <br />
沙拉醬&nbsp;&nbsp;2大匙 <br />

&nbsp;&nbsp;分享&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
【做  法】 <br />
<br />
1.原味蛋餅皮置於室溫中,待退冰軟化。<br />
<br />
2.雞胸肉切小塊,加入檸檬汁和醬油,醃浸10分鐘。<br />
<br />
3.美生菜洗淨切絲。<br />
<br />
4.熱油鍋,放入作法2的雞肉丁下鍋炒熟。<br />
<br />
5.取作法1的蛋餅皮,在中間處放入美生菜絲後,淋上沙拉醬,撒上起司條,放入雞肉丁後,兩邊往內對折,包覆成方盒狀。<br />
<br />
6.另起油鍋,將作法5放入鍋中,煎至外觀略呈金黃色即可。 <br />
