去骨雞腿&nbsp;&nbsp;1隻 <br />
蘑菇&nbsp;&nbsp;7朵 <br />
苜蓿芽&nbsp;&nbsp;適量 <br />
辣椒&nbsp;&nbsp;1條 <br />
【調 味 料】 <br />
<br />
百里香沙茶醬&nbsp;&nbsp;2大匙 <br />
原味高湯&nbsp;&nbsp;3大匙 <br />
蠔油&nbsp;&nbsp;1大匙 <br />
白胡椒粉&nbsp;&nbsp;少許 <br />
鹽&nbsp;&nbsp;少許 <br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

&nbsp;&nbsp;分享&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
【做  法】 <br />
<br />
1.去骨雞腿洗淨;磨菇洗淨;苜蓿芽洗淨瀝乾水分,備用。<br />
<br />
2.取一容器加入所有調味料先攪拌均勻成醃料,備用。<br />
<br />
3.取作法1去骨雞腿和蘑菇一起放入作法2醃料裡面抓勻醃約20分鐘,放入以預熱的烤箱,以爐溫200℃烘烤約20分鐘。<br />
<br />
4.將作法1苜蓿芽擺盤,放上作法3出爐的去骨雞腿和蘑菇,以辣椒片裝飾即可。 <br />
