簡介<br />
大家一看到菜名一定覺得好怪,百香果怎麼烤肋排,其實ㄚ曼達用的是百香果醬啦!用百香果醬來醃肋排,烤出來的肋排有一股果香味,鹹甜鹹甜的,邊吃邊吮指喔!<br />
<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;食材<br />
豬肋排 1斤 百香果醬 3大匙 醬油 1大匙 水 3大匙&nbsp;&nbsp;作法<br />
1 <br />
醃醬拌勻,將肋排下去醃一個小時 <br />
2 <br />
氣炸鍋120度烘10分鐘,取出抹醬,然後200度烘4分鐘 <br />
3 <br />
漂亮的烤肋排就出爐囉 <br />
