南瓜絲&nbsp;&nbsp;10公克 <br />
馬鈴薯絲&nbsp;&nbsp;5公克 <br />
紅蘿蔔絲&nbsp;&nbsp;5公克 <br />
芋頭絲&nbsp;&nbsp;5公克 <br />
雞蛋液&nbsp;&nbsp;2顆 <br />
油&nbsp;&nbsp;1大匙 <br />
【調 味 料】 <br />

鹽&nbsp;&nbsp;1/4小匙 <br />

【做  法】 <br />

1.將所有的材料和調味料混合拌勻。<br />

2.平底鍋以電磁爐加熱,加入少許油燒熱,將作法1倒入鍋中烘煎至熟即可。 <br />
