蘆筍蟹肉燉飯 <br />
【材 料】 <br />

白飯 1碗 <br />
蘆筍 30公克 <br />
蟹肉條 50公克 <br />
雞蛋 1顆 <br />
【調 味 料】 <br />

動物性鮮奶油 50㏄ <br />
起司粉 1/2大匙 <br />
鹽 1/4小匙 <br />

【做 法】 <br />
<br />
1.蘆筍和蟹肉洗淨,切長條備用。<br />
<br />
2.平底鍋先以電磁爐加熱後,放入少許油燒熱,加入作法1的所有材料炒香後,放入白飯和調味料燉煮至熟盛盤。<br />
<br />
3.平底鍋以電磁爐加熱後,放入少許油燒熱,打入雞蛋單面煎熟後,直接放在作法2的盛盤燉飯上即可。 <br />
