「煉金菌」吃下劇毒　排泄出來竟成24K純金

中世紀的歐洲興起一波鍊金熱潮，人們不在礦脈、河流裡找黃金，而希望透過化學方式合成。現在這個夢想很可能要實現了，美國密西根州立大學研究團隊發現一種「煉金菌」，它可以吃下有毒物質，並轉化、排泄出24K純金！<br />

微生物專家卡謝菲(Kazem Kashefi)及電子工程師布朗(Adam Brown)發現一種「耐金屬貪銅菌」(Cupriavidus metallidurans)，它能夠把自然界中的劇毒液體氯化金「消化」成純金。卡謝菲表示，這種細菌在對抗劇毒時異常強壯，比過去所認為的強上25倍。<br />
