食材<br />
小卷 10隻 薑 3-4片 蔥末 手抓一把 朝天辣椒 半支<br />

黑麻油 半大匙 醬油 1大匙 蠔油 適量 黑醋 1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1:熱鍋後,加入沙拉油半大匙,再加入黑麻油半大匙。加入薑片3-4片後,轉中小火,把薑片煸至味道出來.<br />

2:開大火,加入辣椒爆香.<br />

3:加入小卷拌炒,油鍋邊淋上醬油一大匙 。(醬香味才會出來) 再加入蠔油適量。(可添加海味).<br />

4:加入1/3碗水,收醬汁 .<br />

5:醬汁濃稠後,於鍋邊淋上黑醋一小匙,熄火。加入一把蔥花拌一下,即可上桌<br />
