中午時候用餐客人不太多，我蠻納悶的是，我在寫文時找了網路上的文章，大家反應也都很好。但是為什麼就是生意不好呢？<br />

馬鈴薯沙拉，服務生建議馬鈴薯沙拉可以挑蜂蜜芥黃醬做搭配，另外一種是藍莓優格。馬鈴薯泥是非常清爽的馬鈴薯泥，沒有加入膩口的美乃滋，也沒有加水煮蛋， 單純的馬鈴薯泥吃得到最簡單的味道，吃習慣蛋沙拉的我，覺得這純粹的味道也很不錯。尤其搭配蜂蜜芥黃醬，搭上一些爽脆的生菜，蠻不錯的。<br />

我很喜歡這種美式脆皮薯條，外酥內軟超好吃，我特別愛沾塔塔醬（Tartar sauce），這種白色的塔塔醬非常適合沾一些炸的海鮮類，像魚排跟炸蝦，薯條比較常見的好像是會用蜂蜜芥末，不過我本來就很喜歡塔塔醬，所以沾塔塔醬我也覺得很好吃！<br />

是廚師要先炒過的「蛋炒飯！」這就帥了，為了要做出創意料理，一般都隨便用白飯就可以做的焗烤飯，挑逗味蕾的廚師居然發明了用「炒飯」，真的頗有一套！當然，這炒飯也是很好吃，可能是因為炒過，所以飯吃起來就很香很有味道！好吃！<br />

這個漢堡肉真的有點大，而且來的這麼大一塊又沒有切，很傻眼！後來服務生才說，因為之前是先切好，可是有顧客反應這樣子肉汁就會不見了，所以他們才改用整 個大漢堡肉上桌，這樣是很有視覺感沒錯，但是吃起來也有夠麻煩，整個咬實在是不太好看~男生應該可以啦，女生應該沒辦法。所以就請服務生去拿了刀子出來 切！果然切了是比較好入口。<br />

所謂的漢堡肉是用牛肉跟豬肉混合的，不是單純牛肉喔，裡頭有加一點洋蔥，不過洋蔥份量我們覺得可以再多一點點，這樣有口感而且可以把肉的味道稍微蓋一點，而且洋蔥會出水。會讓整個肉排感覺更多汁。<br />

巧克力吃起來不會太甜，口感非常濃厚，這很適合超愛吃巧克力的人，旁邊搭配的柳丁小丁可以配著一塊吃，可以降低膩感！我個人覺得配柳丁比較好吃，真的比較不會覺得膩，而且水果的果酸調過的巧克力感覺溫多了。不過這個份量對一個人來說也是太大，我們兩個也是吃很久才吃完！</font><br />
