新鮮大蝦仁 鮮魚柳 <br />

姜末適量,食用油適量,蔥末適量,胡椒粉適量,食鹽適量,雞蛋適量,料酒適量 蔥適量,開水適量,大白菜葉適量,豆瓣醬適量,蒜適量,姜適量 <br />

做法<br />
制作步驟: <br />

1取新鮮大蝦,以及花斑魚柳,切塊后,加入生姜末,料酒幾滴,雞蛋一只,食鹽,一同放入料理攪拌機內攪成泥狀; <br />
2取出魚蝦泥,放入少許胡椒粉,食用油,細蔥末,順時針方向拌勻后,待用; <br />
3油鍋起,放入蔥姜蒜爆香,加豆瓣醬炒出紅油,倒入適量開水,湯煮沸后,一手帶上一次性手套,取適量魚蝦滑在手的虎口間,擠成丸子入湯; <br />
4將魚蝦泥都擠到湯中后,大火煮3分鍾,即可食用。<br />
