材料<br />
板栗250克,雞1只,料酒1湯勺,糖1湯勺,生粉1大匙,上湯適量,醬油1大匙,姜3片,蔥花1把<br />

做法<br />
1.雞肉切成3厘米左右的小塊備用<br />
2.將板栗劈成兩片,放在開水鍋中,煮至殼與肉能剝開,撈出后將栗子剝去殼、衣。(想栗子口感更軟爛的小盆友們可以加一步:高壓鍋壓下)<br />
3.燒熱鍋,下油,燒至七成熟時,將雞塊過一下油,雞皮呈金黃色時撈起,倒去余油。然后把栗子、雞塊倒在鍋中,加入酒、醬油、鹽、糖和適量的湯(剛好漫過食材),蓋上鍋蓋在大火上煮滾后,用小火焖酥。<br />
4.將焖酥的雞塊、栗子再加一點點雞精和蔥花,用大火略煮,汁濃后加生粉水勾芡,在鍋內翻炒片刻即可。<br />
