255);">男女逆轉誕生三十年後的元祿年間，才貌雙全的第五代將軍綱吉（菅野美穗）精於治世，迎來了德川統治的全盛時期。但不久後，綱吉失去了獨生女，正當她專注於孕育下一代繼承人之際，大奧內正室和側室之間的派系鬥爭愈演愈烈，四處都瀰漫著男寵們的陰謀。此時，出身貧寒公家，卻才智過人、野心勃勃的右衛門佐（堺雅人）進入大奧。他穿過權力爭鬥，最終贏得綱吉的信任，成為大奧總管。而漸漸地，男寵們圍繞下任將軍之父的爭鬥使綱吉陷入了深深的孤獨和不安，此時一直在暗中守護她的右衛門佐向她伸出援手，二人終於心心相印。但這並不是等待著他們的最後結局……</div><div
