冬瓜淮山薏仁湯

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 冬瓜1斤、薏仁1兩、淮山1兩、陳皮1片、清水適量  <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 調味料<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 鹽適量 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;作法:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.冬瓜去核、洗淨,連皮切厚大塊,備用。 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2.薏仁洗淨;淮山洗淨;陳皮泡軟,刮除瓢洗淨,備用。 <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3.將所有材料放入快鍋中,加入適量水,蓋上快鍋鍋蓋,以中大火煮至發出唧唧聲後轉小火,計時15分鐘熄火,等紅色指示桿下降後,開蓋加鹽調味即可。
