黑芝麻洋菜凍
<font size="3"><font face="新細明體 ">材料(六人份):洋菜條8g</font><font face="Times New Roman "> </font><font face="新細明體 ">水500ml</font><font face="Times New Roman "> </font><font face="新細明體 ">砂糖80g</font><font face="Times New Roman "> <br />
</font><font face="新細明體 ">黑芝麻糊50g</font><font face="Times New Roman "> </font><font face="新細明體 ">牛奶200m</font><font face="Times New Roman "> </font><font face="新細明體 ">鮮奶油100ml香草精少許</font><font face="Times New Roman "> </font><font face="新細明體 ">黑芝麻(裝飾用)少許</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">做法:</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">1.在鍋中放入水和泡過水切碎的洋菜條,加熱煮至沸騰、洋菜條溶化為止</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">2.加入砂糖煮至溶化之後關火,再加入溫過的牛奶(約30℃~40℃)和鮮奶油,並攪拌均勻</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">3.加入少許的香草精</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">4.在碗中先倒入芝麻糊,然後慢慢加入牛奶洋菜液,邊加邊攪拌均勻</font></font><br />
<font face="新細明體 "><font size="3">5.倒入模型中冷卻凝固,凝固之後盛盤,再裝飾上少許芝麻和薄荷葉即可</font></font>
