材料﹕ 無骨豬排兩塊 1-1/3磅 蜂蜜 2大匙<br />
醃肉料﹕ 大蒜 8瓣<br />
醬油 2大匙 <br />
糖 3大匙 <br />
鹽 1小匙 <br />
酒 2大匙 <br />
五香粉 &amp;frac12;小匙 <br />
紅色食用色素 1小滴<br />

作法﹕<br />

1. 每一塊豬排橫剖成兩片﹐每片再縱切為兩片。兩塊豬排共切成八塊﹐每塊厚度約&amp;frac34;吋(1.5公分)。 <br />

2. 大蒜壓碎﹐所有醃肉料放入盆裡調勻。<br />

3. 每一塊豬排沾滿醃肉料﹐用保鮮膜蓋好﹐放入冰箱醃6~8小時。<br />

4. 烤箱預熱350°F(180°C)﹔烤盤抹油﹐豬排用紙巾擦乾汁水﹐排入烤盤﹔<br />
