1、實踐出真知啊,這個菜要炒的快一些。<br />

2、肉片不要像我這樣切的太太薄了,都成肉乾了,哈哈。不過其實我挺喜歡吃這麼薄的。<br />

3、我這次肉切少了,因為凍的太實,切不下來,所以要緩一緩再切。<br />

4、青蒜這東西絕對不能少,差什麼都別差這個。<br />

5、還有小辣椒,我這次買的美人椒不太辣,在飯店吃的美人椒巨辣,所以一定挑選好食材,才能接近那種“湘”味兒</font></font></strong>
