Google 在美國推出Onebox「音樂搜尋」功能

醞釀許久後，Google終於在美國推出整合音樂播放、線上購買的搜尋服務（繼中國谷歌的MP3下載服務之後）。這個音樂搜尋的功能目前並沒有另外成立一個獨立的網站來展示可以聽的歌曲，而是直接整合在Google搜尋引擎的自然搜尋結果中，當你想找某首歌曲的時候，只要直接在搜尋框中輸入歌曲名稱、歌手或專輯名稱，甚至是歌曲中的其中一段歌詞，（如果有的話）就可以在搜尋結果頁面中讓我們直接試聽歌曲內容。 <BR><BR>實際上Google本身並不儲存這些歌曲，而是跟其他音樂網站合作，按下播放按鈕後會彈出該網站的試聽介面。<BR><BR>目前合作的網站有imeem、Lala、myspace、PANDORA與Rhapsody...等，當然Google也直接跟EMI、SONY MUSIC與Warner Brothers Records、Universal Music Group等唱片公司合作，提供合法授權的機制與服務。<BR><BR>可惜的是，該服務目前僅提供美國當地的網友使用，它會依照電腦所在地的IP來判斷是否出現聽歌選項，台灣的話就再等等吧。<BR><BR><BR>
