<strong>三、紅燒茄子肉絲</strong><br />

<strong>六、蘑菇香菇紅燒豆腐</strong><br />

<strong>八、皮蛋豆腐</strong><br />

<div align="left"><font color="#000"><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:14px">土豆、蔥頭、鮮香菇、青椒(也可選尖椒)切片備用;熱鍋涼油入咖喱粉適量(個人喜好),出咖喱香後稍沈一會兒順序入蔥頭、香菇、土豆、雞翅、青椒……,放水放調料(自選,俺只放鹽)咕嘟到土豆熟了,入水澱粉,起鍋。(現在超市里有包裝現成的咖喱鹵.辣,微辣,甜味的都有,做時都不用放澱粉)</font></font></font></div>
