桂枝魚羊鮮鮮煲

<strong>材料:</strong>桂枝2g、腩斑(龍鱈魚)20g、羊腩(胸肉)40g、米酒少許、柱侯醬少許、冰糖少許<br />

<strong>作法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.魚先裹粉,以大火油炸,炸至酥脆即可起鍋。<br />
<br />
2.羊腩汆燙後滷一小時(加入米酒、柱侯醬、冰糖同滷),滷汁留著。<br />
<br />
3.羊腩放置在魚肉上方。<br />
<br />
4.將羊腩滷汁和桂枝熬出味道,並將滷汁淋在作法3上,即成。
