離開竹圍漁港之後，往平鎮去吃刀削麵，這家吉日刀削麵雖然不在熱鬧的街上，但生意相當不錯。<br />

刀削麵條厚薄不一，所以有些口感較軟有些則是頗有彈性。牛肉是好幾個部位的肉，有牛腱也有牛肋條，份量頗多，口感有軟有硬，味道不錯。清燉湯頭清澈甘甜，是我蠻喜歡的清燉牛肉麵。<br />
