【做 法】<br>
1.將所有菇類食材洗淨瀝乾,備用。<br>
2.取一鍋,放入作法1的材料,並加入丁香魚高湯,以中大火煮至滾沸,再將所有調味料調勻,一起加入鍋中拌勻調味即可。<br>
