蜜汁排骨

蜜汁排骨&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>

材料:<br>
<br>
梅花肉..................1斤(切塊備用)<br>
(只要是帶油,耐的起久煮的皆可)<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
調味料:<br>
<br>
油............................4匙<br>
醬油..........................2匙<br>
五香粉.......................少許<br>
冰片糖.......................半塊&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>

<br>
<br>
<font size="4">做法:<br>
<br>
1.將油倒入鍋中,帶油熱後將梅花肉放入(由於梅花肉較油,如此可將油逼出)<br>
<br>
<br>
2.待肉的表面熟了之後將肉撈起把油瀝乾,並把鍋子洗乾淨<br>
<br>
<br>
3.把瀝乾的肉放入鍋中,加水至蓋過肉,並加入醬油及冰片糖<br>
<br>
<br>
4.開大火煮至水滾,然後馬上轉小火慢燉<br>
<br>
<br>
5.待肉煮軟後馬上開大火將湯汁收乾<br>
<br>
<br>
6.用鍋鏟將肉翻動,讓每塊肉可以均勻沾上蜜汁<br>
<br>
<br>
7.湯汁收乾後即可關火起鍋啦!!<br>
<br>
<br>
8.裝盤上菜啦!!</font><br>
