二十多年前,炸蛋蔥油餅創始人廖先生,還是個<br />
四處奔波的送貨司機,考量到由於年紀逐漸增長<br />
因素,便自行創業開始賣起了這個小點心。無師<br />
自通的他,當然是歷經過不斷調整,才能建立起<br />
自家獨道的好味道!<br />

廖先生表示沒有想到自己賣的蔥油餅,能夠得到<br />
那麼多人喜愛,在網路的評價流傳、到場吃過的<br />
客人見證、近幾年電視台的探訪等等因素下,讓<br />
炸蛋蔥油餅的好滋味廣為人知,也成為來花蓮必<br />
定要造訪的小吃!<br />
