line-height: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px; ">千萬不要小看皮膚紅疹，因為有可能跟史蒂芬強森症候群有關！署立豐原醫院藥劑科藥師梁玉芬表示，最近醫院發現有患者的皮膚出現紅疹，而且口腔黏膜也破皮，後來經醫師診斷、藥師檢查患者平常所使用的藥物後發現，患者疑似出現嚴重的藥物過敏反應，很可能是某種藥物引起「史蒂芬強森症候群」。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important; line-height: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px; ">患者家屬向醫師表示，日前患者曾經發燒、喉嚨痛、結膜發炎，所以這次生病也以為只是感冒而已，所以就沒有太注意，沒想到後來患者身上遍布紅疹、皮膚刺痛又有灼熱感，沒想到醫師診斷出是一種嚴重的皮膚水皰疾病，也就是「史蒂芬強森症候群」，評估很可能某種藥物所引起。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important; line-height: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px; ">梁玉芬說，藥師協助醫師檢視患者所使用藥物，發現患者正在使用某種抗癲癇藥物，這種藥物極可能是導致藥物不良反應的兇手！史蒂芬強森症候群是嚴重藥物過敏反應的一種，若未及時發現並進行治療，病情將惡化成毒性表皮壞死，死亡率高達30％。</p><p style="margin-top: 11px; font-family: arial, STHeiti, pmingliu, sans-serif !important; line-height: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px; ">梁玉芬提醒民眾，不管使用哪一種藥物，在用藥期間要多注意身體的變化，如果出現皮膚紅疹、眼睛搔癢、喉嚨痛、發燒、嘴破、水泡、黃疸、腹痛等症狀時，建議要立刻停止用藥並回診告知醫師或藥師，因為這些症狀很可能是皮膚、肝臟、免疫系統等出現嚴重藥物不良反應的前兆，民眾絕對不能忽視，只要患者能夠立即回診就能避免更嚴重的情況發生。</p></div></div></div></div>
